The Malayalam fantasy comedy, directed by Midhun Manuel Thomas, was released worldwide on March 19.

According to estimates from box office tracking platform Sacnilk, the film earned around ₹2.45 crore net in India on Day 6 (Tuesday). The figures came from approximately 1,653 shows, with reported occupancy around 32 percent. With this, the film's total India net collection has reached ₹32.25 crore, while the gross stands at ₹37.28 crore.

The film registered consistent numbers during its first four days. It opened with ₹5.95 crore on Thursday, followed by ₹6.30 crore on Friday. The collections peaked over the weekend, with ₹7.15 crore on Saturday and ₹7.10 crore on Sunday. However, the trend shifted during the weekdays, dropping to ₹3.30 crore on Monday and further declining on Tuesday.

The current pattern indicates a strong initial response followed by a typical weekday slowdown. The coming days are expected to be important in determining its overall box office trend.

Aadu 3 marks the third installment in the Aadu franchise and continues the story of Shaji Pappan and his group, reprising characters familiar to audiences from the earlier films.
