Dhurandhar 2 Box Office Collection Kerala Day 4: Ranveer Singh's Film Surpasses Prequel's Lifetime Total

Dhurandhar 2 Box Office Collection Kerala: Dhurandhar: The Revenge, the second installment in the spy action franchise headlined by Ranveer Singh, has completed its opening weekend in theatres and entered Day 5 (Monday), March 23, with a steady box office trajectory in Kerala.

Dhurandhar 2 Box Office Collection Kerala Day 4 Update

The film, which released worldwide on March 19 following paid previews on March 18, has registered a notable four-day total in the state. According to industry tracker AB George, the film has grossed around ₹9.20 crore in Kerala so far. With this, it has already moved past the final Kerala earnings of its predecessor, Dhurandhar, which had closed at approximately ₹8.65 crore.

The weekend performance places Dhurandhar: The Revenge among the stronger Bollywood openers in the region. It has recorded the second-highest opening weekend gross for a Hindi film in Kerala, behind Jawan, which had collected around ₹9.45 crore during its initial weekend run.

Dhurandhar 2 Cast and Crew

Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film continues the narrative established in the first part, following an undercover Indian intelligence operative navigating high-risk environments across borders. The sequel expands on the character's arc, placing him in deeper conflict involving criminal networks and political structures, while also tying back to earlier events referenced in the franchise.

The ensemble cast includes Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Sara Arjun, and others alongside Ranveer Singh, with several actors reprising their roles. The film has been released in multiple languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, contributing to its wider reach across markets.

From a technical standpoint, the film features cinematography by Vikash Nowlakha and editing by Shivkumar V. Panicker, with music composed by Shashwat Sachdev. The project has been backed by Jio Studios in association with B62 Studios.

In Kerala, the film's initial performance appears to have been driven by weekend footfall, with occupancy levels benefiting from the holiday period and wider release scale. As it moves into the weekdays, trade observers will be watching whether the film can maintain consistency in collections or sees a typical drop after the opening stretch.

With its current total already surpassing the first film's lifetime earnings in the state, Dhurandhar: The Revenge has established an early benchmark for itself. Its Day 5 performance is expected to offer a clearer indication of its weekday trend and overall staying power in Kerala theatres.
