Dhurandhar 2 Box Office Collection Kerala: Dhurandhar: The Revenge, the second installment in the Dhurandhar franchise, opened in theatres worldwide on March 19, following paid previews a day earlier. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the action spy thriller features Ranveer Singh in the lead, alongside Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan and others. Positioned as the concluding part of a two-film narrative, the project continues its storyline of an undercover Indian intelligence operative navigating high-risk missions across borders.

In Kerala, the film registered a notable start at the box office across its premiere shows and opening day combined. According to figures shared by industry tracker AB George, the film collected ₹3.10 crore in the state, with paid previews contributing ₹1.56 crore and the first day bringing in ₹1.54 crore.
With this, Dhurandhar: The Revenge has secured a place among the top three opening performances in Kerala for 2026 so far. It follows Aadu 3: One Last Ride - Part 1, which leads with ₹5.90 crore, and Chatha Pacha, which recorded ₹3.70 crore during its opening. The Ranveer Singh-led film currently stands third on this list.
The film's initial numbers also place it among the higher-opening Hindi titles in Kerala. In comparison, Jawan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, had collected ₹3.45 crore (including Tamil-dubbed version), while Pathaan opened with ₹1.92 crore. Tiger 3, another recent Hindi release, had a comparatively lower opening at ₹1.10 crore in the state.
Dhurandhar 2 Kerala Run Continues As Malayalam Version Awaits Release
In Kerala, select Hindi releases have managed to draw attention. Dhurandhar: The Revenge was released in its original Hindi version, and the dubbed version in Malayalam is expected to be released tomorrow.
The film's narrative continues from the events of the first part, following a covert operative who infiltrates criminal networks and political structures in Karachi. The storyline also ties into larger geopolitical tensions and personal motivations rooted in past events.
As the film continues on its second day in theatres (March 20), attention will be on whether it can maintain momentum through the weekend. Typically, action-driven films with wide releases tend to rely on sustained occupancy over the first three to four days, especially in non-native markets.
The coming days will determine how Dhurandhar: The Revenge performs in Kerala relative to its opening and whether it can move higher among the year's top grossers in the region.
