Dose OTT Release: The Malayalam mystery suspense thriller Dose is set to make its digital debut after completing its theatrical run. The film, which arrived in cinemas on May 22, 2026, featured Siju Wilson in the lead alongside Jagadish, Aswin K Kumar, and an ensemble cast. Written and directed by Abhilash R Nair, the film revolves around a series of mysterious deaths inside a hospital.

Set in a hospital where lives are meant to be saved, Dose follows a series of mysterious deaths that leave everyone searching for answers. At the centre of the story is a doctor carrying the weight of his troubled past, whose life takes another turn when a woman from his past returns. As the investigation moves forward, long-buried secrets begin to surface, and every new discovery raises the stakes.

Dose was written and directed by Abhilash R Nair and produced by Shanto Thomas under the banner of Ezinematic Pictures, in association with Wonder Moods Production. The film's executive producers include Muscat Movie Makers, Wilson Pictures, Cinema Network, and Kurian C Mathew, while Ankit Trivedi served as co-producer.

The technical crew includes cinematographer Vishnuprasad, editor Shyam Sasidharan, and composer Gopi Sundar, who handled the film's music. The production design was led by Appu Marayi, with sound design by Sony James and action choreography by Phoenix Prabu. The visual effects were supervised by Binoy Sadasivan and Sajeer Abdul Salam, among others.
