Drishyam 3 Box Office Collection Day 3: Mohanlal's Film Crosses ₹40 Cr India Net, ₹117 Cr Worldwide
Drishyam 3 Box Office Collection Day 3: The Malayalam crime thriller Drishyam 3 continued its theatrical run over the weekend with steady collections at the box office. Headlined by Mohanlal and directed by Jeethu Joseph, the third installment in the Drishyam franchise recorded higher collections on its first Saturday after opening in cinemas on May 21, 2026.

According to trade tracking platform Sacnilk, the film earned an estimated ₹13.70 crore net in India on Day 3 across 5,185 shows. With this, the film's total India net collection has reached ₹40.60 crore within three days of release. The India gross collection currently stands at ₹47.17 crore.
The film also reported strong overseas numbers. Reports indicate that the film collected approximately ₹25 crore overseas on Day 3, taking the total international gross to ₹70 crore. Combining domestic and overseas figures, the worldwide gross collection has touched ₹117.17 crore so far.
The Malayalam version remained the primary contributor to the film's business on Saturday. It reportedly earned ₹11.65 crore net with an occupancy rate of around 67 percent from 3,114 shows. The Telugu dubbed version collected ₹1.20 crore, while Tamil and Kannada versions added smaller contributions to the overall total.

Day 1 (Thursday): ₹15.85 crore
Day 2 (Friday): ₹11.05 crore
Day 3 (Saturday): ₹13.70 crore
The film saw a dip on Friday after its opening day before showing improvement again on Saturday. As of May 24, Day 4 collections are currently in progress, with Sunday occupancy expected to play a key role in the opening weekend total.
About Drishyam 3
Written and directed by Jeethu Joseph, the film revisits the story of Georgekutty and his family years after the events shown in the previous installment. The narrative follows renewed scrutiny surrounding the Varun case while Georgekutty attempts to move on with his life and protect his family from fresh complications linked to the past.
Apart from Mohanlal, the cast includes Meena, Siddique, Asha Sharath, Murali Gopy, Ansiba Hassan and Esther Anil reprising their roles from the earlier films.
