Drishyam 3 Box Office Day 9

Directed by Jeethu Joseph, Drishyam 3 continues the storyline of the successful Drishyam franchise. The earlier films had built a loyal audience for this blend of family drama and crime investigation. That track record helped drive heavy anticipation for the third installment, contributing to its strong initial box office performance. After ending the 1st week on a respectable note, Drishyam 3 has started the second week on a relatively low note at the Indian box office.

Drishyam 3 Box Office Collection Day 10

Given the ongoing trend, Drishyam 3 is expected to pick up pace today (day 10/ second Saturday) and will be earning around Rs 7-10cr in India. As a result, the total nett collection of the movie will be inching close to Rs 100cr mark while the gross collections are expected to be touching Rs 110cr.

Meanwhile, talking about the climax, Jeethu Joseph told Mathrubhumi, "This film does not have a climax based on hiding a major revelation like exposing the real criminal. Everyone needed for the climax shoot was present on set. Actors and chief technicians were all given the screenplay to read. Naturally, the team too would be curious about the story. During filming, people understand bits and pieces, but since scenes are shot across multiple days, they may not get the complete picture. Cinema is always a collective effort and nothing which causes harm to the project leaks from the team. Even those who shot the famous scene in the first Drishyam - were Georgekutty walks out of the police station carrying a shovel - did not know it was actually part of the climax twist".
