The film picks up five years after the events portrayed in Drishyam 2. Alongside Mohanlal, the film features Meena, Ansiba Hassan, Esther Anil, Kalabhavan Shajon, Siddique, Murali Gopy, and Asha Sarath in key roles. The project has been produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the Aashirvad Cinemas banner.
