Kattalan X Review: The Malayalam action thriller Kattalan, starring Antony Varghese in the lead role, hit theatres on May 28. Kattalan Cast, Plot and Technical Crew

The movie features Antony Varghese alongside a large ensemble cast that includes Siddique, Jagadish, Kabir Duhan Singh, Sunil, Dushara Vijayan, Hanan Shah, Parth Tiwari, Hipster, Harishankar Narayanan, Shaji Shahid and Anson Paul. The film's music department has contributions from Ravi Basrur and B. Ajaneesh Loknath. While Ajaneesh Loknath handled the songs, Ravi Basrur composed the background score.

According to the makers, the story revolves around a violent cartel conflict where the fight for dominance leads to a larger battle for survival. The promotional material released ahead of the film's release had highlighted the film's action-heavy setting and thriller elements.

The cinematography for Kattalan has been handled by Renadive, while the editing is by Shameer Muhammed. The action choreography has been managed by Action Sandhosh and Kecha Khamphakdee. Dialogues are written by Unni R, with the screenplay credited to Paul George, Joby Varghese and Jero Jacob.
