Madhuvidhu OTT Release: The Malayalam romantic comedy Madhuvidhu is preparing for its digital debut following its theatrical release last month. Featuring Sharaf U Dheen and Kalyani Panicker in the lead roles, the film arrived in cinemas on April 23, 2026.

Directed by Vishnu Aravind, the film focuses on the changing dynamics between a newly married couple and the challenges that emerge in their everyday life. Madhuvidhu follows ordinary moments within a marriage, showing how daily pressures slowly begin to affect the relationship.

The story revolves around Amrut Raj, who belongs to the Anjilamoodu tharavadu, a household shared by five men. As he enters married life hoping for happiness and stability, the newlywed couple gradually finds themselves dealing with emotional distance and the weight of routine responsibilities. The narrative looks at how family life and everyday situations begin to test their bond over time.

Apart from the lead pair, the film also features performances by Jagadish, Saikumar and Azees Nedumangad in important roles. Supporting actors including Sreejaya, Amal Jose and Sanju Madhu are also part of the cast.

The screenplay and dialogues have been jointly written by Bibin Mohan and Jai Vishnu. The film has been produced by Ajith Vinayaka under the banner of Ajith Vinayaka Films, while Santhakumar and Malavika Krishnadas have come on board as co-producers through Babu Ettan Films.
