Mollywood Times Box Office Collection: Mollywood Times, the Malayalam coming-of-age drama led by Naslen, began its theatrical journey on June 5 and registered its first-day box office figures across India. Directed by Abhinav Sunder Nayak and written by Ramu Sunil, the film revolves around a young aspiring filmmaker and his pursuit of making a memorable debut feature.

According to data reported by box office tracking website Sacnilk, Mollywood Times earned an estimated ₹1.80 crore net in India on its opening day. The film was screened across 954 shows and recorded an overall occupancy of around 36 percent on Friday.
With its Day 1 performance, the movie's total India net collection stands at ₹1.80 crore, while the India gross collection has reached approximately ₹2.09 crore.
The film entered theatres amid interest surrounding Naslen's latest project following a string of notable appearances in Malayalam cinema. As of June 6, the movie has entered its second day in theatres, and Saturday collections are currently in progress. Trade watchers will be looking at the weekend trend to assess how the film performs beyond its opening day.
Mollywood Times Story And Cast
Set against the backdrop of a young man's dream of entering the film industry, Mollywood Times follows Vineeth Madhavan, a teenager from Kuttikkanam who hopes to become a filmmaker. The narrative explores his ambitions and the challenges he encounters while trying to carve out a place for himself in cinema.
Naslen plays the central character, Vineeth Madhavan. The supporting cast includes Sharaf U Dheen, Sangeeth Prathap, Roshan Shanavas and Gopika Ramesh. The film also features Vineeth Sreenivasan, Prasanth Alexander, Jagadish, Balachandran Chullikkad, Appunni Sasi, Rajesh Hebbar, Chandu Salim Kumar, Manikandan Pattambi, Rajesh Madhavan and Sudheer Paravoor in key roles. Filmmaker-actor Basil Joseph appears in a cameo role as superstar Swaroop.
