Mollywood Times Box Office Collection Day 5: Naslen-starrer Mollywood Times has completed five days in theatres, with the Malayalam film continuing its run at the box office. Released worldwide on June 5, the film is directed by Abhinav Sunder Nayak and follows the journey of a young aspiring filmmaker navigating the challenges of making a memorable debut feature.

According to figures shared by box office tracker Jerin Georgekutty on X on June 10, Mollywood Times recorded an estimated ₹56 lakh gross at the Kerala box office on its fifth day, which was also its second working day after the opening weekend. The reported figure indicates a relatively steady hold compared to the previous day.
The tracker noted that the film's Day 5 collection represented a drop of around 19 percent from Day 4. While weekday collections are generally lower than weekend numbers, the latest figures suggest that the film has continued to attract audiences in Kerala during the early part of its theatrical run.
Based on the numbers shared, Mollywood Times has accumulated approximately ₹6.68 crore gross from Kerala after five days. Outside Kerala, the film has reportedly collected ₹1.22 crore from the rest of India. Overseas markets have also contributed significantly, with the tracker reporting earnings of around $723,000, which translates to approximately ₹6.88 crore.
Combining domestic and international revenues, the worldwide gross collection of the film is estimated to have reached ₹14.78 crore by the end of Day 5. The Kerala distributor share is said to stand at around ₹3.15 crore, while the worldwide share has been estimated at approximately ₹7.03 crore.
Mollywood Times Maintains Hold During Weekdays
As the film enters Day 6 on June 10, attention will now shift to how it performs through the remainder of the week. The upcoming weekend could play a key role in determining the trajectory of its theatrical run, especially as the film looks to build on its initial collections.
Mollywood Times features Naslen in the lead role as Vineeth Madhavan, an aspiring filmmaker determined to leave a lasting mark with his first movie. The cast also includes Sharaf U Dheen, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Sangeeth Prathap, Roshan Shanavas, Gopika Ramesh, Prasanth Alexander, Jagadish, Balachandran Chullikkad and others. The film also features cameo appearances by Aarsha Chandini Baiju and Basil Joseph.
The project is produced by Ashiq Usman and written by Ramu Sunil. Cinematography is handled by Viswajith Odukkathil, while Jakes Bejoy has composed the music. Editing is credited to Nidhin Raj Arol and director Abhinav Sunder Nayak.
