Patriot Box Office Collection Day 3 (Morning Trend): Fans of Mohanlal and Mammootty have had a memorable year, thanks to Patriot. The action thriller has been among the most awaited films of 2026. Much to everyone's surprise, Patriot witnessed a dip in occupancy on day 3 (first Sunday) and recorded a footfall of 23.08% during morning shows

Interestingly, with a dip in footfalls, Patriot was seen struggling at the box office and failed to touch Rs 1cr during morning shows today (day 3/ first Sunday). To note, Patriot earned Rs 96 lakhs until 1pm taking the overall collection to Rs 17.11cr

Meanwhile, talking about Patriot, Mammootty, during a press meet stated, "This film is made for Malayalis. While we hope it may eventually find an audience outside Kerala, the primary goal was to cater to the people of Kerala, whose cinematic tastes have evolved significantly over the years. This is not a pan-India film... Patriot will be a game-changer. It will set a new standard, and hopefully, open the doors for more big-budget films in Malayalam cinema".
