As per the media reports, Salim Kumar's funeral will take place at 3 pm the same day at his residence in North Paravur, Ernakulam. The Kerala government has confirmed that state honours will be given during the funeral. To note, the District Collector will lay a wreath on behalf of the government, and police personnel will offer ceremonial honours, including a bugle salute. Besides, the Kerala government has also agreed to meet all funeral expenses and related organisational costs.
