Pavi Caretaker follows the story of Pavi, an unmarried caretaker in a residential apartment complex in Kerala. His monotonous life takes an unexpected turn when a newfound connection brings fleeting happiness amidst daily struggles. While Pavi spends most of his time within the building, diligently trying to improve his financial situation, his brash and short-tempered nature often clashes with others. His only comfort comes from his pet dog and rented accommodations. When the building owner rents out part of the space to a woman, Pavi initially opposes her presence but soon starts communicating with her through notes. However, a misunderstanding causes her sudden departure, leaving Pavi heartbroken and impacting his duties. The film explores whether fate will bring them back together.
