This surge in earnings indicates a remarkable trend, with the second weekend outperforming the first. The film's exceptional reception during its second weekend underscores its sustained popularity and strong audience appeal, marking it as a significant success in the regional film industry.

Premalu features a cast that includes Althaf Salim, Shyam Mohan M., Akhila Bhargavan, Meenakshi Raveendran, Sangeeth Prathap, and Shameer Khan, among others.
