There
is
romance,
action
and
comedy!
Inspite
of
a
lot
of
so-called
one-liner
dialogues,
item
songs,
ample
gun
shots,
Bachelor
Party,
directed
by
Amal
Neerad
fails
to
create
an
impact.
The
film
stars
Asif
Ali,
Indrajith,
Rahman,
Kalabhavan
Mani
and
Vinayakan.
Bachelor
Party
seems
greatly
inspired
from
Exiled
(Fong
Juk),
directed
by
Johnnie
To,
the
2006
Hong
Kong
action
thriller.
The
director
is
also
polite
enough
to
thank
Johnnie
To
for
influencing
them
in
their
choice
of
titles.
The
script
of
Bachelor
Party
is
built
around
a
wafer
thin
plot
and
has
really
nothing
extraordinary
to
offer.
Even
the
neat
and
sleak
visuals
and
cinematography
fails
to
save
the
film!
Though
the
actors
have
done
a
good
job,
Bachelor
Party
fails
to
captivate
your
senses.
Story
Toni
(Asif
Ali),
Geevar
(Indrajith),
Benny
(Rahman),
Ayyappan
(Kalabhavan
Mani)
and
Fakeer
(Vinayakan)
are
childhood
friends.
While
two
of
them
work
as
henchman,
and
are
asked
by
gangster
Prakash
Kamath
(John
Vijay)
to
target
Toni.
The
other
two
friends
come
to
the
rescue
of
their
friend.
Performances
All
the
actors
have
done
a
commendable
job.
Prithviraj
is
wasted
in
a
small
role,
and
so
are
Remya
Nambeeshan
and
Padmapriya
who
have
just
one
item
number
each
to
talk
about.
Verdict
Watch
Bachelor
Party
only
if
you
are
interested
in
a
lot
of
action
and
gun
shots.
