Janatha Garage Movie Review: Watch For The Two Superstars!
Janatha Garage is the bilingual action film, which stars Mohanlal and Jr NTR in the lead roles. The movie, which is simultaneously released in Malayalam and Telugu, is directed by Koratala Siva.
Janatha Garage Story
Satyam, a man who hails from a small village, shifts to Hyderabad upon the insistence of his brother. He opens a vehicle repairing shop named Janatha Garage, which solves the issues of vehicles and people, both.
Anand, Satyam's nephew is an IIT graduate who has immense love for nature and insists people to plant trees. He joins his uncle, which makes the functioning of Janatha Garage even more strong.
But, Satyam's fondness for Anand and their association irks their rivals, as well as his son, who wants to be his sole heir. How Anand faces and solves the issues forms the crux of the story.

Mohanlal As Satyam
Mohanlal delivered a power-packed performance as Satyam, the man who fights against injustice. He makes a mark with the extraordinary screen presence and brilliant dialogue delivery.
Jr NTR As Anand
Jr NTR, who plays Anand, has succeeded in matching an exceptional actor like Mohanlal with his powerful screen presence. He deserves a special mention for the brilliance in action sequences.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu
Samantha, who essays Jr NTR's love interest in the movie, has nothing much to do in her minimal role. But, she has managed to make a mark through her chemistry with Jr NTR.
Script & Direction: Koratala Siva
Even though it is a cliched revenge drama, writer-director Koratala Siva has succeeded in making it an engaging watch, with the crispy narrative, entertainment factors, and an impressive climax.
Nithya Menen
Nithya Menen, who plays a brief yet important role in the movie, has once again succeeded to impress with her charming screen presence.
Kajal Aggarwal
Kajal Aggarwal makes a special appearance in the movie, with a sizzling item number. The actress sets the temperature soaring with her glamorous looks and hot dance moves.

Tirru's classy visuals make Janatha Garage a complete visual treat. The cinematographer has succeeded in capturing both the lighter and darker aspects the of the film with the same brilliance.
Overall View
Even though it is a cliched movie which has nothing new to offer, Janatha Garage is a perfect watch for the audiences who love action-oriented entertainers.
Other Technical Aspects
Koragiri Venkateswara Rao's editing makes the movie a crispy watch, especially in the second half and climax. The excellent art direction by AS Prakash and brilliant action choreography deserve a special applause.
It is a fact that no dubbed film can recreate the charm of its original version. It is the same with the Malayalam version of Janatha Garage. The real essence of the movie is surely missing in the highly artificial dialogues and poor dubbing.

A perfect watch for the action movie lovers and the fans of Mohanlal and Jr NTR.
