Suresh Gopi Announces Film With Mammootty Kampany: Popular Malayalam actor-politician Suresh Gopi will become the first-ever BJP MP elected from Kerala. Suresh Gopi secured victory over CPI candidate Sunil Kumar by a margin of 74,686 votes in the Thrissur Lok Sabha constituency. This marks a significant win for him after losing the seat in 2019.

Following his election victory, Suresh Gopi discussed his upcoming films with the media. He expressed his belief that Thrissur is a divine destiny and affirmed his commitment to fulfilling his existing film projects.

Suresh Gopi will be acting in a movie produced by Mammootty Kampany. The actor expressed his enthusiasm for a film produced by Mammootty's production house, 'Mammootty Kampany.' He mentioned receiving a call ten days prior, confirming its start in August. Suresh Gopi confirmed his involvement in the movie Ottakomban and noted that there are several other projects in the pipeline, including two movies with Shaji Kailas and three with Gokulam Movies, the second of which will be a tribute to Lord Padmanabhaswamy.

Earlier reports state that producer Tomichan Mulakupadam addressed Ottakomban, stating, "We have not officially announced anything about the film. The writing process is ongoing, and it is not yet completed. We are still refining it with some changes. The production will certainly proceed, but no official statements can be made about the movie at this time."
