Turbo Premise

"Turbo" Jose, a Jeep driver from Idukki, finds himself in trouble and relocates to Chennai. In Chennai, he crosses paths with Indhulekha and his friend Jerry. However, the city has unexpected surprises in store for Jose, including encounters with Vetrivel Shanmugha Sundaram and others.
