Turbo Premise

Turbo Jose, a Jeep driver from Idukki, faces difficulties and is forced to relocate to Chennai. There, he gets entangled with Indhulekha and her brother Jerry. However, Jose soon finds himself entangled in a series of unforeseen events, including encounters with Vetrivel Shanmugha Sundaram and others, after arriving in Chennai.
