The ordinary life of an individual takes an unexpected turn when he suddenly gains notoriety. Struggling to harmonise his newfound public image with his authentic self, he faces the challenge of reconciling the two aspects of his life.

Directed by veteran filmmaker Kamal, 'Vivekanandan Viralaanu' narrates the tale of Vivekanandan, a government employee in Ernakulam who resides in a quaint village in Idukki with his wife, daughter, and mother. The promotional videos for the film indicated that the movie explores the theme of virality. The film is produced by Nediyath Naseeb and Shelly Raj. Suresh SAK and Kamaludheen Saleem are also credited as co-producers for the movie.
