Sandeep Kulkarni to play Mahatma Jyotiba Phule in his Biopic!

From playing a common man from 'Dombivali Fast' to an intelligent Doctor from 'Shwaas', talented and versatile actor Sandeep Kulkarni is all set to play a prominent role in the upcoming biopic titled 'Satyashodhak'. Sandeep will be seen portraying Social reformer, activists and thinker Mahatma Jyotiba Phule.

Talking about his role, an elated Sandeep said, 'I feel blessed and honoured to portray the role of a great reformer and a true visionary like Jyotiba Phule and experience his life journey was a true inspiration".

Produced by Yogesh Jadhav under the banner Samata Films, the biopic is directed by Nilesh Jalamkar. A film depicting the life journey of such a great reformer and a true visionary will be interesting to watch.

To immortalize a character on screen is undoubtedly a difficult task. And whether Sandeep Kulkarni would be able to justify this role or not, only time will tell.
