Sunidhi, Shreya, Mika, Mohit take centre stage at BIG Star Awards

New actors, new directors, first time producers… there"s whole lot of new young people shinning their way in to the film horizon. But what"s commendable is the new line up of playback singers who have given Bollywood some of the biggest and brightest musical hits of the year.

Ash King and Clint Cerejo in Bodyguard, Harshit Saxena (Sa Re Ga Ma Pa participant) in Murder 2, Shahid Mallaya for Mausam and Hamsika Iyer for Ra.One…all have made the Bollywood music industry sit up and have a good dekko at their talent.

While Mohit Chauhan, Mika Singh, Shreya Ghosal, Sunidhi Chauhan continue to give musical masterpieces year after year, these new entrants seemed to have hit the right chords as far as their musical melody is concerned. Will the debutant singers win the recognition & encouragement from the industry they look towards?
