Playback
singer
Kumar
Sanu,
who
once
ruled
the
music
industry
with
his
melodious
romantic
songs
in
the
90s,
has
expressed
his
disappointment
over
the
musical
pollution
in
the
film
industry.
The
'Baazigar
O
Baazigar'
singer
hopes
that
this
pollution
will
be
cleared
with
the
arrival
of
the
new
era
of
melody.
Along
with
Alka
Yagnik,
Kumar
Sanu
was
attending
a
music
concert
in
Bangalore,
when
he
spoke
about
the
pollution.
Talking
to
an
English
daily,
the
singer
said
that
there
was
a
time
when
melody
was
the
most
important
feature
in
any
song.
But
with
time,
music
underwent
a
major
transition.
This
brought
in
a
lot
of
musical
pollution
in
the
film
industry.
However,
Kumar
Sanu,
who
has
crooned
around
17,000
songs
so
far,
was
on
small
break
after
a
golden
run
in
the
music
industry.
The
singer
is
now
set
to
make
his
comeback
with
a
song
in
the
Rowdy
Rathore.
He
is
all
thrilled
over
his
new
track.
He
hopes
that
the
era
of
melody
is
gradually
making
its
comeback
once
more.
He
says,
"We
will
have
to
wait
and
watch."
