Britney Spears vitamin shots

Britney Spears had an emergency vitamin injection before her concert at Miami's Mansion club on Sunday night. The 'Toxic' singer had a desperate craving for a shot of vitamins before performing to the sell-out crowd, and managed to find a doctor to administer the injection just in time.

A source told the New York Daily News newspaper: "She was calling around for a doctor to give her a B-12 shot. A doctor shot her up before her show." Britney's representative said: "If she did get the injection, I wouldn't be surprised. The vitamins keep your energy going."

After the gig the 25-year-old partied at art deco hotel Raleigh where she drank champagne before stripping down to her bikini and jumping in the pool. She then headed to Set nightclub at 2.30am where she partied until five in the morning.
