Heather
Mills
is
to
give
a
talk
on
vegan
cooking.
Heather,
the
estranged
wife
of
Sir
Paul
McCartney,
is
set
to
share
her
meat
and
dairy-free
cooking
tips
in
a
presentation
entitled
'Converting
Carnivores'
at
London's
The
Incredible
Veggie
Show
on
June
30.
A
source
told
Britain's
Daily
Express
newspaper:
"Heather
is
on
the
front
cover
of
a
leaflet
that
has
been
sent
out.
Her
event
is
described
as
'easy
vegan
cooking
that
leaves
even
the
meatiest
appetite
begging
for
more',
and
will
integrate
a
tales
called
'Why
I'm
A
Vegan'."
The
move
is
reminiscent
of
Sir
Paul's
first
wife
Linda,
who
was
a
keen
promoter
of
vegetarianism
and
had
her
own
range
of
cook
books
and
meat-free
products
before
her
death
from
cancer
in
1998.
Heather,
who
is
still
embroiled
in
a
divorce
battle
with
Sir
Paul,
recently
announced
she
had
become
a
vegan.
The
33-year-old
former
model
said:
"I'm
a
vegan
now
-
a
healthy
diet
which
saves
animals,
something
very
important
to
me
as
I
detest
cruelty.
"Following
a
plant-based
diet
not
only
benefits
your
health
massively
but
also
makes
a
huge
difference
to
the
planet,
to
animals
and
to
feeding
the
world.
My
hope
is
to
continue
to
put
the
message
out
there."
Vegans
do
not
eat
meat,
fish
or
any
dairy
products
and
also
refuse
to
use
any
products
or
clothing
made
from
animals.
