Macca urges to become vegetarian

Washington (ANI): After campaigner Heather Mills, her estranged husband Sir Paul McCartney is now spearheading a campaign to induce people to become vegetarian. The former Beatle has launched his campaign through British newspaper the Sunday Times.

He has even cited the UN report that suggested that man could do a lot for the plant by becoming vegetarian. "What's compelling is this report should now encourage everyone to do their bit," Contactmusic quoted him as saying. In November, Mills urged the British to become vegetarian, claiming that livestock was the cause of 80 per cent of global warming.
