Washington (ANI): The Spice Girls will be in bed at ten every night and will refrain from consuming alcohol during their upcoming world tour. The reunited Brit pop band is taking the measures to stay fit throughout the tour that begins this December. Singer Mel C a.k.a Sporty Spice said that embarking on a tour is like getting married, for one has to look their best.

"Going on tour is like getting married. You have to look your best and prepare by exercising five times a week," Contactmusic quoted Mel C as, saying. After a show we can't really have drinks in our dressing room, we'll be back in our hotel rooms and going to bed by 10.30pm," she added.
