Amy Winehouse rakes in half million

London (ANI): A top fashion house paid troubled singer Amy Winehouse raked a whopping 500,000 pounds for a single appearance. The 24-year-old singer, who recently bagged the Worst Dressed gong at the NME Awards, has become a favourite of a number of trendy designers owing to her bizarre style statement.

The singer will be flown to France by private jet for Paris Fashion Week, where she will be getting half a million pounds for a gig at Louis Vuitton"s show. One might just call her fashion sense as scruffy, but the Amy has become the fashion industry"s golden girl. Her so called 'unique" style has made designer Karl Lagerfeld base a clothes line on her.

She also appeared at the London Fashion Week earlier this month donning a beehive of sorts and is set to launch her own fashion line. However, her Paris gig will make her miss husband Blake Fielder-Civil"s latest court appearance.
