Beyonce Knowles plans to retire

Washington (ANI): American R&B singer songwriter Beyonce Knowles is reportedly set to retire from her singing career. Beyonce, who is 26-years-old, was in the news recently for having tied the knot with Jay-Z and she is now back in the limelight with news of an impending retirement.

According to what her cousin Angelica Knowles told sources, the diva is currently working on a new album, but it will be her last, New York Daily reported. Further, it seems that she will be spending her days scouting talent for her new hubby Jay-Z's upcoming label, The Carter Music Group. Beyonce's first protege is rumoured to be an R&B artist named Chelsea Thomas. None of her representatives could be reached for comments.
