Britney's second appearance in How I Met Your Mother

Washington (ANI): Britney Spears is set to make a second guest appearance on the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother. The singer/actress made a splash last month when she appeared as a receptionist on the popular program propelling the show to its highest ratings ever. And now a source has said that the pop star would return to the series.

"The show is ecstatic and so is Britney. She had so much fun the first time around she really wanted to come back. It was a mutual decision to work together more," People quoted the source, as saying. Spears, however, will return to the show just for one episode, the source added. Fox studios, which makes the program, would not confirm Spears return.
