Britney selling her California mansion

Washington (ANI): Britney Spears is selling her six-bedroom California mansion in a bid to have 'more privacy' to raise her two kids, Sean Preston, three, and Jayden James, two. The 'Toxic' singer has put her nest on the market for 7.9 million dollars and hopes to find a new property that will give her more privacy and space to raise her two children.

The singer has lived in the house for less than two years, however, was forced to leave the property on two occasions after being hospitalized, reports Contactmusic. Spears' father Jamie, who remains in legal control of his daughter''s estate until 31 Dec, this year, sought permission from a court in June (08) to sell the home.

Jamie revealed that his daughter was seeking a home that was "lower density, more quiet and less trafficked neighborhood, that is also more accessible to "parks and recreation areas" for her kids.
