Britney Spears to release 'Circus' on 27th birthday

Britney Spears will have to plan for a double celebration as she gears up to make her big comeback she has revealed that her new album 'Circus' will be released on December 2, her 27th birthday.

'Circus' marks the follow-up to 2007's 'Blackout', which had been predicted to catapult Britney Spears back into the spotlight after a series of personal and professional setbacks. Ultimately, it failed to bring resuscitate her career but her new album is expected to gain from the promotional boost of Britney's three gongs at the MTV Video Music Awards.
