Britney creating sitcom of her own?

Washington (ANI): After Britney Spears enthralled the audience with her TV cameo; producers were reportedly so impressed with her performance that they now want to give the troubled star a show of her own.

The 26-year-old singer's guest appearance as a secretary on sitcom 'How I Met Your Mother' turned out to be a huge success and has given CBS its highest ever ratings attracting 10 million viewers. And the bosses at CBS are now planning to hand Spears future guest appearances, and will even create her own spin-off sitcom.

"Britney did a great job playing the cute, funny receptionist - and really enjoyed herself," Contactmusic quoted sources, as telling the National Enquirer. "Doing a TV show will help Britney keep focused - plus keep her in Los Angeles, where she can see her kids regularly and create a positive work routine," said the sources.
