The couple's marriage was rocked when it was reported that Ashley, cheated on his 25-year-old wife with a blond hairdresser in January this year. After a media frenzy the Girls Aloud star and the Chelsea defender patched up the cracks in their relationship to and finally put their marriage back on the tracks.
Cheryl has forgiven Ashley, 27, after a public show of unity when he cheered her on as she performed with Girls Aloud on ''The X Factor''. "I have my dream job and my dream man. We're going to build our married life together not thinking about 'what if it ever ends,'" the Daily Star quoted her, as saying.
The couple is thought to be planning to hold the ceremony as soon as the current X Factor series ends. But Valentine's Day is another possible date for the service, which is expected to be attended only by close family and friends. The low-key ceremony will be a far cry from their celeb-studded wedding in 2006, covered by OK! magazine.
