Posh and Becks planning to leave US

Washington (ANI): English pop singer Victoria and her soccer star husband David Beckham are planning on leaving the US and heading off to London where their future stands a better chance.

The couple had moved to the States in a bid to conquer the Hollywood celebrity scene and allow David to play for LA Galaxy, however he has had to struggle to make an impression ever since he was introduced at the club last year. Things took a turn for the worse when his season was cursed with a string of injuries.

Where Posh was concerned, her haughty attitude caused only a limited number of welcomes to come her way from the Beverly Hills set. She has had to struggle to make her presence known, even though she had made a brief an appearance on Ugly Betty. Victoria was most of the time greeted with a few raised eyebrows from the Americans wherever and whenever she made an appearance.

According to the Sunday People newspaper, these may be the reasons why the attraction of returning back to London is very prominent in her thoughts. "Victoria loves America. She enjoys the company of Tom and Katie Cruise and other A-list pals," Contactmusic quoted a source as having told the tabloid.

"But she is excited about the long-term future and London will play a huge part in that. They have Beckingham Palace in Hertfordshire but she wants to be closer to the hub of London," the source added. The search for a luxury pad in central London has already begun, a place where Posh will be able to carry on her charity and fashion work. The move has also been seen as a good option for David, who will be able to concentrate more on his football academies, which have attracted the praise of renowned fashion icon Gordon Brown.
