Geri Hariwell boasts new lover

London (ANI): After a lot of speculation about the new love in Geri Halliwell's life, it has now been confirmed that the singer is dating Ivan "Flipz" Velez, one of her dancers. The 35-year-old showed off her new man for the first time at the taping of American Idol's charity fundraiser Idol Gives Back in Hollywood on Apr 6.

The pair first met while shooting the music video for Halliwell's 2001 cover It's Raining Men. The two became close while working together on the Spice Girls reunion concerts earlier this year. Geri was seen wearing a dishy figure-hugging blue dress, with her new love looking happy to be there by her side.

"They're smitten. There is hardly a person in LA who hasn't seen them snogging each other's faces off," The Sun quoted a pal, as saying.
