Ritchie slams Mike Huckabee for poking fun at Madge

Washington (ANI): Madonna's husband Guy Ritchie has slammed American politician Mike Huckabee for poking fun at his wife during a US Republican National Convention speech. Huckabee targeted the pop star while addressing tabloid stories about Alaskan governor Sarah Palin and her pregnant teenage daughter.

Palin was named Senator John MCCain's running mate last week, just days before details of her 17-year-old daughter's pregnancy was revealed - leading to a media frenzy. "The reporting of the past few days have proven tackier than a costume change at a Madonna concert," Contactmusic quoted Huckabee, as saying.

Now, Ritchie has spoken in defence of his wife."Someone had to tell me who Mike Huckabee was. I gather he had some disparaging remarks to make about my wife... and I really like her costume changes," Ritchie said.
