London
(ANI):
Sir
Paul
McCartney
has
divulged
details
about
his
rows
with
late
fellow
Beatle
George
Harrison
on
their
tour
and
how
despite
the
fights
the
two
still
remained
friends.
In
a
13-page
tribute
in
Uncut
magazine,
Macca
told
of
their
time
together
before
George
died
of
cancer
in
2001.
The
66-year-old
Fab
four
member
revealed
that
he
ticked
the
guitarist
off
for
playing
over
his
vocals
on
Hey
Jude
and
George
"took
umbrage".
But
such
trivial
disputes
did
not
come
in
the
way
for
their
friendship
and
they
went
along
well
till
death
tore
them
apart.
"We
held
hands.
It's
funny,
even
at
the
height
of
our
friendship,
as
guys,
you'd
never
hold
hands," The
mirror
quoted
Macca,
as
saying.
He
added;
"I
sat
with
him
for
a
few
hours
when
he
was
in
treatment
about
10
days
from
his
death.
It
was
lovely,
really
lovely.
He
was
my
little
baby
brother,
almost."
