Snoop Dogg renews wedding vows on air

Washington (ANI): Snoop Dogg renewed his wedding vows with wife Shante in the finale of first season of his new reality TV show. Snoop, real name Calvin Broadus, made sure that the ceremony for the finale of Snoop Dogg's Fatherhood was kept a top secret until the episode aired, reports Contactmusic.

The rapper gave his management team just two days to make preparations for a surprise vow renewal for him and his wife Shante, who believed that the arrangements were being made for her husband's best friend, the Gap Band star Charlie Wilson.

Among the celebrity guests at the ceremony and after-party were soul star Teddy Riley and rapper David Banner. The surprise remarriage came after Dogg dropped the idea of divorcing Shante because he couldn"t deal with the thought of another man raising his kids.
