Victoria doesn't appear in 'High School Musical 3'

Washington (ANI): Victoria Beckham's representatives have laughed off rumours claiming that the singer is set to star in 'High School Musical 3: Senior Year' despite the film's star Zac Efron asking film bosses to sign her up. The former Spice Girl had allegedly been slated to play a sexy English teacher in the latest outing of the hit Disney franchise.

The speculation reached new heights after Efron gave the Brit his backing to land a role in the film, saying, "She (Victoria) is hot, funny and let's not forget her success with The Spice Girls." However, the move has been dismissed by Beckham's spokesperson, who insists the star has not been offered a role in the film.

"She has not been approached, but the Beckham boys are big fans of High School Musical," Contactmusic quoted the representative, as saying.
