in

"I'm
not
ashamed
of
going
to
hospital
or
for
therapy,"
she
said.
"Too
many
famous
people
try
to
hide
the
fact
they've
needed
some
help,
it
shouldn't
be
like
that.
People
with
normal
lives
need
a
bit
of
help
sometimes.
My
life
is
anything
but
normal,"
she
