Washington (ANI): the black eyed peas find it 'crazy' to learn that they conquered America's Billboard Hot 100 chart for 20 weeks. The hip-hop group broke a chart record on top of the singles countdown with their tracks 'Boom Boom Pow' and 'I Gotta Feeling'.

The Los Angeles based band confessed they did not expect to hold the number one spot for so long. "This is crazy right now. It's surreal," Contactmusic quoted singer Fergie as saying to MTV News.

"It has the same feeling for me as when I joined the the black eyed peas and 'Where Is the Love?' took off, and we just started touring around the world and it was complete chaos. We're gonna have the biggest tour we've ever had, and we feel very blessed. All we can say is thank you," she added.
