custody
of
her
children.
The

singer

allowed
to
have
the
kids
more
than
50
per
cent
of
the
time
while
she
is
on
tour,
reports

reports:
"Lawyers
for
Britney
and
Kevin
Federline
have
filed
docs
with
the
family
law
Commissioner
Scott
Gordon,
stating
they
have
reached
a
new
temporary
custody
arrangement."
Currently,
Britney
is
finishing
her
'Circus'
world
tour
and
the
new
agreement
will
be
effective
during
the
rest
of
June,
July
and
August.
