Cheryl surprises hubby with £19K luxury golf cart

Washington (ANI): Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole has dished out a whopping 19,000 pounds on a customised luxury golf cart for her soccer star hubby Ashley. The vehicle, which has been made to look like a Hummer H3 luxury four-wheel drive, boasts gold hubcaps, 18-inch wheels, leather upholstery, and custom headrests featuring the couple"s initials in Swarovski crystals.

"Cheryl bought the buggy as a present for Ashley. It's completely over the top, but they both love it. It's Ashley's pride and joy. One of their staff is instructed to make sure the hubcaps are always gleaming," Contactmusic quoted a source as telling Britain's Daily Star newspaper.

The source added: "There's even a space for Ashley's golf clubs in the back. Ashley loves his motors and through the Mini Hummer would be the perfect way to get around their estate so Cheryl decided to surprise him. It's a lot of fun and is a bit of a statement."

Ashley, currently on a romantic break in France with Cheryl, is said to be thrilled with the gift. He will use the golf cart to drive around the couple's estate in Oxshott, Surrey.
