Simon Cowell offers Eminem X Factor judge seat

Washington (ANI): Music mogul Simon Cowell wants rapper Eminem to be a judge on UK TV talent show ''The X Factor''. The news came after Eminem revealed last week his desire to help find a new music star. He had issued a plea to Simon to be a judge on UK TV talent show ''The X Factor'', reports Contactmusic.

And now Simon has welcomed Eminem onto the judging panel. Simon said: "It would be great to have him on as a guest judge. Em - I can call him that because we are on first name terms - the job is yours."

However, Simon insisted that he won't make any changes in the line-up of the current judges - Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole, Australian singer Dannii Minogue, the sister of Kylie Minogue, and music manager Louis Walsh - to make room for the 'We Made You' star. He added: "I''m not getting rid of anyone."
