London (ANI): Renowned pop legend Neil Diamond may end up matching tunes with Limp Bizkit rocker Fred Durst. The two got in touch using social networking site Twitter.com with Durst approaching the 68-year-old for a collaboration.
“I am a huge fan of yours. We should do a collaboration - Neil Diamond meets my band Limp Bizkit. Sounds fresh," the Daily Express quoted Durst as telling Diamond in a public chat.
The metal band founder could not believe it when the veteran responded: "I'd love to, where and when?" Durst added: “FANTASTIC!!!!! Incredible!! What a dream come true thanks to Twitter!!"
He later invited Diamond to make contact privately, saying: "I'm in LA. Follow me and we can direct message."
