Diana Ross not willing to take MJ's kids custody

Washington (ANI): American singer/actress Diana Ross isn't too glad to be named as the secondary caregiver in Michael Jackson's will, it has emerged. The late King of Pop specified that he wanted Ross to be given the custody of his three children, should his mother Katherine be unable to look after the kids.

However, according to the sources, Ross' 20-year-son Evan and his girlfriend were overheard saying that she had "no idea" Jackson had named her in the will. And they are said to have told friends at Diddy's Fourth of July White Party that Diana wasn't too thrilled about being put in such a position of responsibility.

Diana and Jackson have shared a very special relationship dating back to his childhood years.
