Angeles
officials
have
launched
an
investigation
into
michael
jackson's
memorial
service,
examining
where
was
the
taxpayers
money
spent.
The
ceremony,
held
at
Staples
Center
on
July
7,
worked
up
a
whopping
1.4-million-dollar
bill,
most
of
which
was
spent
on
policing,
traffic
control
costs
and
emergency
services
deployed
at
the
event
attended
by
17,000
fans.
City
Attorney
Carmen
Trutanich
has
asked
for
a
probe,
suspecting
some
of
taxpayer''s
money
may
have
been
misused,
reports

Evidence
was
already
said
to
have
been
acquired
that
"raises
both
civil
and
criminal
aspects".
