London
(ANI):
Michael
Jackson's
father
Joe
will
not
inherit
any
of
the
King
of
Pop's
assets,
a
Los
Angeles
judge
has
ruled.
The
Thriller
hitmaker"s
80-year-old
father
had
taken
legal
action
over
his
son"s
estate
after
discovering
that
he
had
been
written
out
of
the
star's
will.
However
Superior
Court
Judge
Mitchell
Beckloff
threw
out
Joe"s
objection,
saying
the
ruling
was
based
on
the
singer"s
decision
not
to
give
his
father
any
of
his
assets.
"I
don't
think
he
gets
to
step
into
this
and
create
further
litigation.
Joe
Jackson
takes
none
of
this
estate.
This
is
a
decision
his
son
made," the
Mirror
quoted
Judge
Beckloff
as
saying.
However,
Joe"s
request
to
secure
an
allowance
from
the
singer's
estate
has
yet
to
be
considered
with
a
hearing
on
the
matter
for
December
10.
Michael
left
his
assets
to
his
children,
his
mother
Katherine
Jackson
and
charities.
